what are the profits of mentoring program contained by nursing?

mentors are there to distribute you advice and support. sometimes you hold to listeen to people next to higher ranks than you
Im not sure but my final mentor told me that she was solely doing it because it was within her contract and didn't like students.
It give new nurses support from more experienced nurses. The program give them the reassurance that there's someone who will listen to their concerns and give them suggestions if they necessitate them. Being a new nurse within a hospital setting can be very stressful and the workload doesn't comfort either. More experienced nurses can be insensitive at times to the requests of the new nurses that they somehow forget that they be once new close to them. Having a mentor enables this topical nurses to have someone that doesn't work next to them all the time.
